The location is a little outskirts of central London, although the tube ride only takes about 20mins to reach SoHo. It was weird that they didn't provide body wash in the bathroom also the shower cubicle was only partially closed with a glass panel, would have been better if it closed completely. Overall our stay was very pleasant.

The hotel is fine, but the overall experience could be easily improved. I personally expected at least a hair mask or cotton buds to be provided. However it was nice that we could make a tea/coffee everyday if we wanted. The rooms are quite small but that wouldn't come as a surprise as we checked the size of the room when we booked it. The bar was good and the staff is nice

Exceeded my expectation-room was quiet,spacious,clean,comfortable and modern. Bathroom on the small side but the shower was a good size. Nice toiletries. Lobby, bar and restaurant areas were nicely decorated. Good atmosphere in bar. Breakfast was a bit hectic but food choice good, plentiful and frequently refreshed. All staff were helpful and pleasant. Ideally located within a very short walk to the underground station-into central London within 20 minutes.

Below average.

The sink still had toothpaste residue from a previous guest, and the bed was sunken in the middle. Guests downstairs were noisy, and the woman in the café was rude. When I asked if I could get some fresh cow’s milk instead of the UHT provided in the room, I was met with complete attitude—even after I offered to pay for it. I mentioned this when checking out and they apologised, I feel that this is a shame as check in and out staff were great.
