Didn’t pay for parking in advance. Wouldn’t let me pay on leaving. Have now had a penalty notice. Room was smelly, clean but smelled horrible

Parking!!!

Parking problem. Phoned in advanced - told there was no need to book as large car park at rear. Told on arrival that all parking full. Had to prompt reception guy to ask what I could do. He suggested purple parking - drove to try and find it but too far away so found Ibis hotel to park. No ‘sorry about the parking status’. We are both 70+ so didn’t appreciate the late night walk back to Moxy. Not impressed.

I liked the modern era feel of the hotel but I didn’t like that they didn’t accept cash at all. There is no phone in the rooms, so you have to go down to them if you need anything. Also, they don’t have like a garbage when you’re finished with your meals, you have to put it in this thing along with your dishes. It’s very Gen Z ish but I liked it overall.

The room was clean, didnt have any small wash cloth. The employes told us the kitchen had enough tickets and the last person in our group would get her food 1.5 hours. It took only 30. Th next morning at checkout thr employee told me he had to check ut my room came with breakfast. I got coffee and left. That's it for mr i can spend my $200 where it's appropriated

Ordered 2 meals both advertised as coming with salad’s.. food arrived no salad… instead a handful of crisps and chips on the other. Told ‘we have no salad’… no other alternative offered and a weak apology… expensive average food!

This is such a nice hotel for a fair price in a very convenient location to the Heathrow airport. The hotel staff were very helpful. We had an issue reading the last number on our room card and one of the staff noticed in the hallway looking lost and helped us decipher it. hahah The front desk people were also very kind; offering advice on safety and currency as two young female travelers. I especially loved the kiosk to order an uber to the hotel! So helpful when jet lagged and not having it already downloaded on your phone. My only complaint would be the water temperature in the shower was lukewarm at best. I had a very quick shower and there were no washcloths—only hand towels. I’m wondering if this is a cultural thing as the other hotel I stayed at on this trip also does not have washcloths. So to all North Americans bring your own washcloths or loofas.

The aesthetic of the hotel was great. But the breakfast buffet was not good. The hashbrowns were soggy and the fruit was not fresh. The rooms were not cleaned as we did not receive room service despite having a do not disturb sign up. Staff was not the friendliest. A decent hotel convenient by the airport.
