Inadequate all round

Spacious property, comfortable beds. Host was practically impossible to get hold of, we arrived not knowing if we would be able to access the property - no key safe code provided until after we had actually arrived. Very unclear information about parking availability and the space outside the house was occupied by a vehicle so we couldn't use the advertised 'on site parking' and had to pay for a permit. Insufficient crockery, cutlery and dining chairs, not enough for 10 people at even one sitting. No bread knife, cafetiere or teapot which are fairly basic these days. Towels were in a jumbled mess in the utility room, don't believe there were enough bath towels for one each. One bedroom didn't have any window covering at all. Spare fridge freezer was growing mould inside. The water pump groaned quite loudly whenever hot or cold water was run, probably as the main living area was on the first floor.Property desperately needs attention.
