Timely communication. Entry to property was easy with clear instructions. Spotlessly clean and with everything you need. Just one comment, make sure you bring milk for your cuppa. Tea, coffee and sugar available but no milk. Ideal location as we wanted to visit London lights and markets. Leicester Square nearby and tube station not far. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Really clean studio. Comfy bed, warm and cosy space. However the shower was switched off at the ceiling! Had to call for someone to come and turn it on. The person responding to messages generally didn't have a friendly or warm tone and wasn't very responsive in the beginning. But overall it was a good stay.

Excellent location, 5-10 min walk to lots of attractions.Spotlessly clean, suprisingly quiet. Perfect for three adults. Bed v comfortable, bathroom v clean. Felt safe, our contact Kara was v helpful via Whatsapp as my phone not great. Finally it had been a few years since visiting this area of London and I felt safe walking about as plenty of police and security about. Highly recommend Spoons on Leicester Square,the Italian Restaurant below the appartment.My wife,daughter and I visited the KU Bar nearby and it was friendly and fun for a pre show drink.

Great Location

Couple of niggles with bathroom tap & shower hose. TV didn't have any channels & wasn't connected to Wifi so needed to contact owner to get it working, but that was all fixed very quickly. Location of the studio is spot on & as the property is still being refurbed, everything is clean, tidy & apparently new.

The location is really the only thing that saved this stay, because the overall experience was quite frustrating. First, it took me about 20 minutes to find the apartment. I had to ask several people for help because the number on the door was different from the number provided in the check-in instructions, which caused a lot of confusion. When I finally found it, the listing said “third floor,” but it felt more like the seventh floor — so many flights of stairs. If you’re traveling with luggage, I absolutely do not recommend it. The bathroom also has no shower screen, so every time I took a shower, water splashed everywhere and the whole bathroom got wet. In the end, the location is what saved the stay. It’s close to everything — the underground, shops, restaurants — truly a privileged spot.
