Excellent customer service by staff and front desk attendant Gahin :) had to switch rooms due to my husbands knee injury and they were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Will definitely stay here next time we are in London.

Wonderful hotel and staff
We loved this hotel so much. Very conveniently located next to a lot of restaurants, the underground, etc. Traveling with young children, the room was very spacious and the location was perfect. We often ordered take out and ate in the room. The only thing we did not like so much was the noise level. The street was a little bit noisy (didn't keep the kids up, just us). However the staff was friendly and acommodating. We had the best time! Thank you!
