Only few minutes walk from Paddington station , many restaurants and small hotels around but it’s a safe quiet area . Room is not big but with white bedding and towels. They serve English breakfast in the morning just for two hours and the coffee is good. Staffs are friendly. Definitely will come back.
There was a draft coming in through the closed window and not much room to move the bed away. The breakfast did not have any vegetables which Europeans like to eat in the morning. You can walk to many attractions from the hotel.
Literally can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Staff is wonderful. Located within a five minute walk from Paddington Station. Excellent free breakfast included! Many other dining options available, all within walking distance. Would gladly stay here again!!
Wonderful staff and a perfect place to base myself during my stay in London. Even rebooked for a second time after a quick holiday in Dorchestershire...

No services available. And breakfast was just OK. Living space or moving around space inside the room is very limited.
Staff was exceptional. Room was small, but fit just fine for a single traveler like myself. Breakfast included was a nice touch. Ladies who run the breakfast room are like mother hens (in a good way), making sure everything is to your liking. Convenient to Paddington, so you can get around easily.
Good location. Friendly staff. Standard of breakfast was very good considering it is included in the room rate. Room comfortable but bathroom smelt of damp which was very unpleasant.
