I stayed in a cozy, tiny little room for one on the top floor. There was a serviceable little bathroom in suite, a tea kettle, a hairdryer, a US plug adapter, opening windows. It was not air conditioned, but I guess it rarely gets as hot as it was when I stayed in late June. The breakfast was very nice.

Nice staff, not a great place to stay

Hotel was beautiful but had bad bones. Plumbing issues with toilet and shower. Elevator/lift was so slow to close that half the time I left and took the stairs. Staff was lovely and did what they could to accommodate. Margarita at the front desk is amazing.

The room was ready when we arrived before regular check in time. The location is excellent for easy access to Paddington Station and there are restaurants a block away. There are hot and cold items available for the included breakfast. A very pleasant stay!

I thought this hotel would be a great place based on past reviews, but I was a little disappointed. The location was very good, a few blocks away from Paddington Station. Some staff members were friendly while others were grumpy. The room was average. Breakfast was included and was adequate. Overall, my two night stay was okay, with no problems, but there are better options in the area for just a few dollars more.
