The hotel itself is beautiful and in a great location. Receptionist on shift was very abrupt and rude and clearly miserable in her job. Room was absolutely immaculate, beware parking is £20 flat fee for up to 24 hours.

L hôtel est très propre il est neuf je pense 5 mois d ouverture. Le personnel est plus que serviable j ai demandé le kit de soin et de la glace pr mon fils qui s est blessé que ce soit le personnel du soir ou du matin les deux ont été bienveillant.
