As a couple we booked a double bed but what we get is two single beds They couldn't change it Comments from staff if I book a standard room with double bed. It doesn't matter what actual booking says they can modify whatever way want. Which means they could even aak us to sleep on the floor if required Unhelpful staff Pathetic I hate it when customers don't get proper treatment
