Super easy check in. Junior Suite was a nice size. Shower was EXCELLENT - bigger than expected, great water pressure and almost instant hot water. NICE! Balcony did not have a great view, but it was still nice to have it. Super walkable location and also easy to access from the tube. Would recommend!

Door to the room didn't lock and we had to be transferred to a different room. The walls are not soundproofed and could hear a lot of noises keeping us awake when people were arriving back to their rooms late and making a lot of noise in the early hours.

This is a great hotel that exceeded our expectations. It’s very conveniently located, the room was quite spacious for central London and check-in was a breeze. The room looked like it had recently been remodeled. We highly recommend this hotel.
