Complaint Regarding Unresolved Issue and Poor Cust
Dear Hotel Manager, I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had during my stay at your establishment. As a loyal patron of Hilton, I have always held the brand in high regard for its exceptional service and commitment to customer satisfaction. However, my recent visit has left me deeply dissatisfied. Upon arriving at the hotel, my companion and I encountered an issue with the toilet in our disability-adapted room, as it failed to flush properly. We promptly reported this matter to the reception desk, where we were assured that someone would address the issue promptly. Despite multiple assurances, including one after our return from dinner, the problem remained unresolved. The lack of action by your staff was not only frustrating but also unacceptable, especially given the specific needs associated with a disability-adapted room. Despite our repeated requests for assistance, it seemed as though our concerns were not being taken seriously. This disregard for our comfort and well-being is not in line with the standards I have come to expect from Hilton. Furthermore, I was disheartened by the response I received when I voiced my concerns to the hotel manager. Instead of addressing the issue with urgency and empathy, it felt as though my complaints were dismissed, and a token gesture of 500 Hilton points was offered as compensation.

My family and I recently stayed here during our trip to London. While the hotel itself offered affordability, cleanliness, and a convenient location, our experience was marred by an unfortunate encounter with a member of the staff that left us deeply disappointed. During breakfast, my wife politely requested if the lactose-free milk we had brought for our lactose-intolerant daughter could be warmed up. We were met with outright rudeness from a staff member responsible for the breakfast/kitchen area. Despite our explanation and past experiences in other hotels where such requests were accommodated with grace, she adamantly refused, citing a policy against warming outside food. It was not the policy itself that upset us, but rather the lack of compassion, manners, and customer-centric approach displayed by the staff member. Her dismissive attitude and unwillingness to find a solution left our daughter feeling sad and unwelcome. We have stayed in numerous hotels in the past, and never have we encountered such poor treatment. In previous experiences, hotel staff have gone above and beyond to accommodate dietary restrictions, sometimes offering simple solutions like providing warm water for guests to warm their own milk. However, the staff member here seemed uninterested in finding a compromise or even considering our needs. While we appreciated the affordability, cleanliness, and excellent location of the hotel,this part gave us a bad experience

Great except no window
The hotel was generally very good. Unfortunately we were given a room on level 2 which is actually below ground, so we had a fake 'window' with no view. This should have been explained at the time of booking.

Really nice stay
Great check in experience. Very friendly and they let us check in early. Hotel is modern, comfortable and clean. Good value and a great buffet breakfast (staff at breakfast really helpful and friendly). Good location with a good selection of pubs and restaurants close by. Would stay again.
