The location is good. Customer service bad. They only provide 1 pillow per guest. I asked for 1 extra pillow for my back support since I stayed for 6 days but they said NO! I already paid my room so I cannot transfer to another hotel nearby. Just suffer! I asked them to clean the soap dispenser cause its full of gunk outside the bottle it looks like they have never replaced since it was put to use. They only provide a small roll of toilet paper so my last day runs out I have to use Kleenex tissue. Bad customer service...The breakfast ? I ate the same food for 6 days.

Very clean and nice hotel. It was very walkable and close to all the main sites and shopping. They had coffee and tea free with your stay which was so good. I recommend this place.

Electronics challenging. Lights went off at least 5 times while in the shower. Would be nice to have separate circuit for bathroom. Rooms are tiny (definitely get the deluxe room for 2). That being said, the price was extremely reasonable for a no-frills hotel in a great location.

From the moment we walked in to this gem of a property, it just kept us beautifully surprised! The location is the best for anyone wanting to walk to all the landmark locations. The staff of this hotel make it! Their constant attention to you is remarkable. The little things matter - like extra pillows, a surprise glass of champagne in the afternoon when you are lounging after a day of site -seeing and helping you to open doors etc. The hotel rooms, while smaller than the standard, are so well designed for comfort. Very impressive to see what can be done to provide comfort in a smaller space! Overall, I highly recommend this hotel! A hidden gem! Oh - forgot to mention coffee and tea station available 24 hours in the lounge/ dining room! Nice touch!

This location could not be more convenient for tourists. Westminster Abbey and Big Ben are one block away, and the lovely St. James Park is a couple of blocks in another direction. Modern London is right around the corner on Victoria Street. The room was very small, and the window opened on an air shaft, but it was still a great value for the money. Highly recommend.

Excellent stay for two people! Love the location and proximity to the tube. You're nestled right in the heart of lots of tourist attractions. Free coffee, and tea every morning was a must. Staff was fantastic. Would definitely stay there again. The room was tight, but if you're planning to be out and about it's just a place to keep your stuff and sleep. 10/10
