Low score for the smelly drain. Unacceptable this was not revealed before booking. There was no one available to ask to switch rooms (after5pm). To be expected with 'low price'? But will go elsewhere next time.

The room was very small. The temperature in the room was cold and no option to increase the temperature. No toilet paper in the bathroom and was too late in the night to go to the shop to buy some, you wouldn’t expect that when you are staying in hotel anyway .

Close to an early morning cafe at a nearby tropical medicine school, close to two or three second hand bookstores, one gay bookstore, and a few blocks away was a massive well stocked new book store.

We spent one night before leaving London and this hotel was perfectly located within a easy 10 minute walk between St Pancas and Euston Stations. The street was a bit noisy at night but didn’t bother us really. The room was comfortable and perfect for our needs. Would definitely choose it again when visiting central London.
