Great hotel and location. One of the elevators was not working/being repaired. Rooms clean and trendy with the mood lightening. For me I found it to warm In the room even with the air conditioning turned way down. Would recommend and return.

Wanted our room cleaned, they hung a tag on our door that said we were ‘naked’ or something. We left the room at 9 am and came back at 6 pm, we were Not in the room! All we really wanted were a couple of clean towels and a clean sheet. This feels lazy! We’ve stayed in C Ms before, cool concept, but communication between staff and guests is not good, ( use words we all recognize, it’s fine to be cool, but we all still need to communicate our needs clearly) especially in the way the cleaning staff communicates, which was very bad.

Room was small but very functional and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was good, unless important for your o be in the city center. Minutes from Tate Modetn, Borough Market and a few tube stations. Only negative worth mentioning is that there is no coffee/tea. Not in the room. Not in the lobby (unless you pay). What hotel doesn’t offer at least some kind of cheap tea or coffee in the morning? This is not an expensive hotel, but it’s not cheap either. Come on.
