Room in poor condition

Pros: Staff and location
Cons: replace the carpet, renovate the bathroom and put an air conditioner in.
Location: Underground. That's about it.
Staff were lovely and the location near the underground is great. But our room had a poorly laid out bathroom, with the wc in a tight spot between the wall and bath. Carpet was stained and there was no functioning air conditioning. The fan in the bathroom was ineffective also. The beds were ok though.
