The staff was 5 star. Very helpful with directions to places and with moving us to a differnt room in a quieter area. The breakfast selection was great and their coffee machine in the eating area was outstanding serving all types of beverages, including a mocha coffee and lattes. Would stay again.

The room is small but it looks new and clean. The bed is also comfortable too. The people at check in counter is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is basic and few choices and also all the same every day. I am satisfied with the room but we got the room that is no elevator so we have to take the luggage into the room. You can ask them to help that is not a big problem.

Great place to stay ! Close to Victoria Station and great pubs and restaurants! Short walking distance to Buckingham Palace and other great highlights of the city. Would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

A really convenient central location. As a single room booking, the room was fairly small but had everything I needed for a quick overnight stay. I didn’t have any food so can’t comment on that. What most impressed me was the staff, really professional, friendly and helpful.

This hotel is comfortable and a short walk to Victoria station. We were given a larger room than booked prior to the usual check in time. There was a variety of items at the breakfast buffet. There are also restaurants within walking distance.

Convenient location

Small room, but comfortable and convenient place to stay in central London. Close to train, tube and coach stations Initially had issues with cooling unit but staff were prompt in addressing the issue. Decent breakfast in the morning as well
