Great location - nice quiet square but the hotel is very tatty and not particularly clean. Gaps around the room door which gives questions around fire safety and the bed was more like a temporary bed than a hotel bed. Inexpensive for the location but there are reasons for that.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room and bathroom pretty small but I expected that. Clean and everything worked fine, good shower (and excellent wifi). Noise does carry from other rooms so light sleepers might strugggle. Given the location it's a bargain, if you have sensible expectations - you'll do a lot worse for the rate in London. perhaps one for a night or two, not an extended stay, but I'd definitely use again. The area is a little bit run down but doesn't feel actively risky.

It’s conveniently located near the train station, making it a suitable option if you’re only looking for a place to crash for the night. However, the rooms are quite small and the prices are a bit steep. Personally, I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you absolutely have no other choice and plan to sleep the night and move on. I’m not sure if this is a common issue in London or just a problem with this particular place. So, please don’t take my word for it. Do your research and see if you can find a better option.

Very close to Kings Cross on a nice square. The bed was awful as was the bedding I got very little sleep due to poorly fitting sheets bunched up beneath me. Quilt similarly bad. Room very hot but windows could be opened. Shower temperature control broken so only scalding water came out. Gap in door let corridor bright light through further preventing sleep. Lots of hoodie types hanging around the vicinity with strong smell of cannabis. Never again!

The location is fantastic and the staff were friendly. We were unable to get a second key, but the staff made note of who we were and were able to let us in without the key if we came back separately. My only complaints are that the quarters are a bit tight and the bathroom door was rather hard to close (I felt like I might rip the doorknob off each time I closed that door).
