Most of the staff we interacted with were incredibly warm, friendly and helpful. Only one person that dampened our mood, suggesting I couldn’t take my daughter to the 7th floor, however overall ambience in the hotel is nice. Reception were really helpful in allowing us to switch rooms when we arrived, from an accessible one to a higher floor without the accessibility features.

Room was so beautiful and beds were very comfortable. The vibe of the lobby and conveniently located coffee bar were welcoming and well-designed. Coffee was great and quick. All members of staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The included breakfast was great, every single staff member was friendly and attentive, location was close to the Blues Kitchen and Brick Lane. My only beef was I arrived at noon after a long overnight flight and at front desk they told me: “we have rooms ready, but it’s a 40-pound charge PER HOUR to check in prior to 3pm (15:00). About $160 US to get a room that was already set up and ready. I was bleary-eyed and extremely tired but angry about this, so I stored my bag and walked around for 3 hours. If you are coming from overseas and get there prior to 15:00, keep this in mind.
I loved that they had this in my room (25 pounds), as I forgot to bring, and it had all connectors needed for all of Europe, and dual function cord included.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, shower gel smelt fantastic, and has shampoo and conditioner.we went for a small room and it was a wonderful size. Mini bar was not horribly over priced. Reception staff were super friendly. Our only complaint rooftop bar was closed for a private function which we weren't aware of prior to stay .

Water dispenser was broken, pillows were awful and mine was deformed, Room didn’t seem to warm up or was very slow, poor soundproofing noise from the terrace and the hallway and knocking on next doors door sounded like it was for our room. Room was clean and on decoration. Surprise 5% charge at check in that you can’t opt out of at checkin they say ok but do nothing to enact it.
