Very pleasent smaller hotel.

Pros: We liked everything about this hotel including the perfectly manicured gardens and pool area.
Cons: Nothing needs improving about the hotel, just take notice of the warning sign for shallow coral reef in the ocean.
Location: Perfect location, very short (cheap) taxi ride into main street, other hotels and beach cafes in easy walking distance if you want, surfing & sailing.
We loved the sudamala suites and villa. I read alot of reviews of many different hotels before booking this stay and the reviews of sudamala were spot on with our experience. Upon arrival we received a room upgrade from ocean view to sunset view which was a very nice suprise. We travelled in low season and enjoyed the facilities without over crowding. We had many spa treatments while in lombok both inside the hotel and outside, it is good to mix it up and I would have to say those at sudamala rated highly for ambience and skill and worth extra cost as a treat to those available in senggigi. Their were some reviews about the breakfast not being buffet style, but there is ample provided off the menu and made fresh to your order, the quality of food is very good and the real jewel at sudamala is the super friendly and helpful staff, nothing is to much trouble.

Pros: Lovely stay. Staff went out of their way to make it unforgettable.
Cons: Fridge in room did not work - replaced day before we left. Hickup with isalnd tour but sorted.
Location: Just right, Australia
Facilities: Lovely accommodation; Value: Good value for money; Service: Very good; Appreciate the fact that the issues were addressed. Lovely resort & lovely staff. Will definitely visit again. Highly recommended for some R&R.

Pros: Beautiful views from our sunset suite. The staff were just lovely. WE loved the day spa, the pool facilities and the food. Sudamala - Amazaing!

Pros: Beautiful facilities and great service
Cons: A bit far from restuarants and beach had some black sand but was a lovely outlook with a great sunset over the water from the georgous pool.
Location: Reasonable access
