I enjoyed the customer service. The man working was very polite and nice to not only me but also the kiddos and when my daughter got locked out and i wasn't with her, he was very helpful on letting her get back in. It was an older facility, but well-maintained. The staff was polite, friendly, and helpful. I was exhausted when I arrived, and the bed was comfy. The TV was easy to use. Mini-bar fridge worked perfectly. Breakfast was hot and fresh and tasty. Had a great stay.

Guests at the facility started having a loud, fight in the hall in the middle of the night, It was threatening and violent. Other guest were yelling to stop the fight. I called the front desk, was told someone would come up, but I didn't hear a response. They eventually ended the fight as I was getting ready to call the police. Someone, who appeared to be a prostitute, showed up after. Needless to say, I got very little sleep. I understand the faculty is not responsible for the guests behavior, but it is responsible for the safety of the other guest.
