Check in was fast and easy with a very polite front desk person. They were helpful when I called to make sure I was on the ground floor due to a knee injury and super accomodating. The hotel was clean and coffee good.

No elevator, had to lug everything upstairs, no offer to assist from staff even after asking about elevator they said there is none. Asked if there is a room on the first floor and there wasn't any. Overwhelming air freshener or fabreeze throughout hotel, like its trying to mask another smell. At first the TV didn't work. Took multiple staff to get the TV functional, but still difficult to navigate once working. Shower had hot water quickly but the water pressure was weak which sucked for washing my hair. Limited breakfast options, mostly waffles, eggs, or bread. Loudest AC unit I have ever experienced, kept me up all night shutting off and on. Bed was comfortable, but overall, not worth the cost. I should have just brought the RV and stayed at the fairgrounds for our event.

It was not close to the university, but that did not matter to us. Near enough, although reaching the north part of town required swimming through a river of heavy traffic. Probably much lighter on a non Labor Day weekend. It is near lots of restaurants.

The hotel was not near Utah State as claimed. It was dated and run down. The breakfast offered was of much poorer quality than comparable hotels. Instead of orange juice, they served an orange punch. No fresh oatmeal. Only fruit was old soft apples in a bowl. On last day found a bug crawling on bed. Looked it up online and confirmed was a bed bug. We brought it to to front desk. 15 minutes after we left the called and said pest control was there and said it was a flea not a bed bug. Not true. Too big to be a flea. The said the would call us back about credit. They never did. When we called back, male employee was very rude on phone. Claimed nothing was found in room by pest control. When asked if they had shown them bug we brought them, said he didn’t know bc he wasn’t there. Said he would have manager call. Never did.
