A small, open kitchen is also located on this level, equipped with 4 induction hot plates, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, alongside an additional dining table. The bathroom on this floor includes a shower and a separate WC. On the lower ground floor, 1 large double bedroom provides a restful retreat, furnished with 1 double bed composed of 2 x 90 cm width and 200 cm in length.
