We had no hot shower water. The bed was worn out, we kept rolling to the center & sheets didn’t fit. The bathroom exhaust fan was extremely loud. Breakfast was limited & terrible. Breakfast hours were short and food choice availability was minimal. We expressed our concerns to desk staff and they said “management” would reach out to us. They never did and we were charged the full room amount. After repeated calls & emails, the manager credited a small amount back. I would say skip the aggravation.

My stay for the weekend was wonderful. The offer a great continental breakfast, unless you're watching your carbs, and it was all carbs. This was a totally me issue as a diabetic and most people would love it. The room was clean and even had windows that opened! I will be back if I am ever in the area again.

The room was clean enough and the staff was very friendly. However the water had white sediment in it rendering it undrinkable. Went to the dinning area to see if they had filtered water and apparently it gets turned off for the night. The coffee in the morning was a Carmel color instead of black…so I am assuming it was also made with the unfiltered water. The hotel served the purpose of being a bed for the night but for $200 I would have at least expected drinkable water.

Fast check in/check out. Clean rooms. Good location. A couple of things that can be improved: 1) Safe charges of $4 (approximately) was included when paying during check in. After asking receptionist, this charge was removed because we were not going to use the safe. It would have been nice if this charge was mentioned while booking. 2) Bathroom didn’t have a working vent fan. It was difficult to air out the bathroom. Overall we had a nice experience, staff were polite and the breakfast options were good. We will definitely visit again.
