I would give zero stars if I could. Management was rude and tried to bully and intimidate me they harassed me and my family. The rooms were garbage out of date holes in walls. The breakfast was gross nothing was rotated out the syrup container hadn’t been changed in months. Don’t waste your money here. The pool and hot tub were over chlorinated as well and they never restocked pool towels.

The towels and bedding had stains on them. Our comforter was falling apart on the bed. Not too impressed with the linens. The hot tub was nice and the pool area too. Not the best hotel but was OK considering there are no other options in the area.

Great stop over!

We did a one night stay as part of a longer trip. The service and cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. It is evident that the staff take pride in the hotel. There was a lovely assortment for breakfast and was kept tidy and clean. We also got a chance to use the pool and hot tub which were both kept of great condition. We would defiantly stay again!

Great experience. We are a family of 5. Stayed over for the weekend and the gentleman at the front desk was super helpful and nice. We will be back to this place again. Thank you!

Took the family to go skiing and stayed here. It was a quick drive to the ski resort. Liked that it was in between Portage and Lake Delton. Hot tub was hot. Room was fine. The only complaint is I found crumbs and a sunflower seed at base of the bed that should have been vacuumed if there had been a thorough clean. Also, never had housekeeping in the 3 days we were there. Not sure if we were supposed to request it but it wasn’t a big deal. Breakfast was fine except we were very disappointed in the waffles. They smell divine and look great, but lacked flavor of any kind. The pancakes, however, were delicious!! (Served only on weekends) Staff was very friendly and always available. Overall, if you’re looking for an economical place to stay close to Cascade Mountain, this is your place.

Room wasn't super clean but it was sufficient for the few hours of sleep we needed it for. When we arrive the hear was turned all the way up and it was easily 80 degrees in there. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful!
