- The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old, with or without children. Parties are not allowed. Villa on the south coast of Mallorca in a quiet area of Cala Pi, surrounded by nature. The house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms top floor (one en suite), one toilet on ground floor , kitchen with hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave and coffee maker. 
Air conditioning is now available in all bedrooms and lounge/kitchen area. In the bedrooms you also have ceiling ventilators.
The spacious living room has a smart 48 inch TV. In the porch is a large table with eight chairs overlooking the garden with private pool. Ideal for families with children and couples older than 30 years old

Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00.  € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00.   € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR LATE ARRIVALS:
BOOKED FLIGHTS MUST LAND IN PALMA BEFORE 9:00 PM. THE COLLECTION OF KEYS WILL BE CARRIED OUT AT ANY TIME (FLIGHT DELAYS, DELAYS IN THE COLLECTION OF THE RENTAL CAR, ETC) BUT THE ARRIVAL WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON FLIGHTS THAT LAND IN PALMA AFTER 9:00 PM. 
The price includes 300kw of electricity consumption. The meter will be read at check-in and check-out and in case of exceeding 300kw the extra kw will be charged at 0.30€/kw. 
A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.
The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.   
'NO SERVICES ARE PROVIDED'.   
Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.   
The “ECOTASA” (balearic tourist tax) has to be paid in CASH on check in day. 
It is UTMOST IMPORTANT to fill up the guest information. According to Organic Law 4/2015, it is obliged to identify all travelers and to draw up a Traveler Record Book.
A cleaning fee of € 50 will be charged in case of bringing pets

Schönes Haus, ruhige Lage

Das Haus selbst ist sehr schön. Auch der Garten und der Pool lassen keine WĂŒnsche offen. Man muss aber mit Auto anreisen, denn in der nĂ€heren Umgebung sind wirklich nur Ferien- ud WohnhĂ€user. Auch zum Strand CalaPi kommt man erst nach 30 Minuten Fußweg an, was in der Sommerhitze eher keine Option ist. Wir hatten gehofft, irgendwoher FahrrĂ€der zu bekommen, aber das war leider nicht möglich. Ansonsten ist man ca. 20 Minuten mit Auto zum nĂ€chsten grĂ¶ĂŸeren Supermarkt unterwegs oder man ist ebenfalls in 20 Minuten am schönen Es-Trenc Strand. Was noch zu erwĂ€hnen wĂ€re: Das Haus hat nur im Erdgeschoss eine Klimaanlage, oben befinden sich in jedem Zimmer Ventilatoren, die natĂŒrlich in den Sommermonaten nicht wirklich eine gute AbkĂŒhlung bieten. Wir waren trotzdem glĂŒcklich mit dem Haus, weil es viel Platz bietet. Wir waren zu fĂŒnft dort und hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Sehr schönes Haus, top Ausstattung

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in einem super Haus mit extrem guter Ausstattung. Es hat an nichts gefehlt! Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und man fĂŒhlt sich sofort wohl! Bei der Lage ist ein Auto dringend zu empfehlen. FußlĂ€ufig ist eigentlich nichts zu erreichen, das hat uns aber nicht gestört, da wir eh die Insel erkunden wollten.

Viel BaulÀrm

Thema Wlan; Ist leider nur ein 50 GB Vertrag / Monat. Thema Klimaanlage; Gibt es nur im Wohn- Essbereich. Die vier Schlafzimmer liegen im 1. Stock, wir waren Anfang August im Haus und in den Schlafzimmern sind es im Schnitt 30°C. Selbst die ganze Nacht lĂŒften bring die WĂ€rme nicht raus. Thema Baustellen; Was in der Beschreibung des Hauses gar nicht angesprochen wird sind die vielen Baustellen direkt um das Haus herum. Die Firma www.calapihomes.com baut direkt neben der Ferienimmobilie eine komplett neue Ferienanlage. Das Baggern, SĂ€gen, HĂ€mmern geht um 7:30 Uhr los. Auch unterhalb des Hauses gibt es zwei, drei weitere Baustellen. Meines Erachtens ist eine Fertigstellung der Bauarbeiten nicht vor Ende 2020 möglich.

Es war ein toller Urlaub.

In diesem wundervollen Haus hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub. Leider sind aktuell in unmittelbarer NÀhe drei Baustellen, deren LÀrm doch manchmal kaum auszuhalten war und gerade am Morgen sehr störte. Alles in allem ist dieses Haus aber weiterzuempfehlen. Gerne wieder.
