Cozy villa with garden and private pool located in Crestatx, between Pollensa and Sa Pobla, just 10 minutes drive from the beaches of Puerto Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa.

The house is distributed on one floor, has a living room with porch, fitted kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom with double bed and another bedroom with a trundle bed, a bathroom with shower and a toilet.
