Nestled in the rolling foothills of the Tramuntana Mountains, the elegantly furnished Casa Tramontana is situated in an idyllic, green setting in the village of Lloseta. The light-flooded, spacious holiday home has several living rooms, a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and can accommodate 10 people. Warm light flows through the floor-to-ceiling panorama windows and creates a very special living atmosphere. Other features include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, 2 baby cots and a highchair. The spectacular outdoor area, surrounded by Mediterranean plants, has a covered terrace and a covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and a large pool. The property is a real jewel and ideal for all those who want to spend a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Due to the ideal location of the house you can reach shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and cafés within 10 minutes on foot. The distance to the west and east coast of Majorca, and therefore to the nearest fine sandy beaches, is about 30 km.

Fabulous house

Wonderful house within a 5 minute stroll to the town centre. Fabulous collection of art and objets d'art and so many areas to eat outside and inside. Excellent pool area with fridge, dishwasher and new gas bar b q . We had a fabulous time and would like to thank Juan for looking after us so well.

Sehr besondere Finca

Ein bezauberndes älteres Anwesen in einer kleinen romantischen Stadt. Perfekter Aussenbereich für große Familien. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Juan der Hausbesitzer ist sehr liebenswürdig und hilft immer aus. Sobald etwas repariert werden musste, war Juan immer an Ort und Stelle und tauschte die Sachen sofort aus. Fußläufig gibt es ein Eroski und zwei Obst- und Gemüseläden, sowie einige Restaurants. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Lloseta.
