Just 6.5 km away we have the La Morgal aerodrome where you can do flight baptisms, a 1-hour Asturias flight for two people or a flight to the peaks of Europe, in turn complete courses with true professionals, departing from the Morgal Aerodrome. La Morgal also has a fantastic golf course where you can go if you are a member, and for Formula 1 lovers, next door we have the Fernando Alonso museum. Among other infinite options that Asturias offers us, you can take a route through the historic capital of the Principality with its impressive architecture just 8 minutes from Los Sauces. For those who want to enjoy a break without traveling, this beautiful semi-detached house is located in an urbanization that has all the private services available to clients, swimming pool, tennis and paddle tennis courts, playgrounds, green areas, etc. or if you prefer, you can stay in its splendid, totally private garden, surrounded by vegetation where you can organize barbecues and romantic or group dinners in a beautiful and relaxed atmosphere. Its location with direct access to the entire highway network of the Principality makes it a strategic place to enjoy an unforgettable vacation. If you love tennis, there are two courts next to the property. The house has three large bedrooms and a 40m basement where we have two 90x200cm beds, a fantastic office and a reading area. One of the rooms has a bunk bed with two 90X200 cm beds, ideal for two children or one adult. Whenever we can adapt to the dates or times of our guests, we receive them personally, if not, we will be happy to answer your requests by pone. If you cannot receive them personally, a person responsible for the house will hand over the keys and receive you.

Wonderful stay for us in Asturias.
Maria greeted us and gave us a tour of the house. Very clean, we'll appointed, beautiful decor. Quiet area, there are black out shades to sleep. We had everything we needed and more.

Alojamiento en excelente estado de limpieza, mobiliario y utensilios del hogar muy nuevos y cuidados. En la casa te encuentras cómodo desde el primer momento y tienes todo lo necesario para sentirte así. La ubicación permite moverse en poco tiempo por todas las zonas de Asturias.

María Jesús es una magnífica anfitriona
Hola a todos:
Nuestra estancia en la casa de María Jesús ha sido una auténtica gozada:
- En primer lugar, la casa se desinfecta concienzudamente. Y se hace una limpieza general si estás más de una semana.
- Tuvo el detallazo de recoger en la propia casa la compra del supermercado que habíamos hecho días antes por internet. Recogió todo y lo dejo en la nevera y en la despensa.
- A la casa no le falta de nada. Insisto, no le falta nada: además de la barbacoa, hay hasta una plancha Jata fantástica.
- Los baños ya tienen su jabón y su gel y las correspondientes toallas con su papel
- Los dormitorios, totalmente vestidos y dos juegos de sabanas.
- Además, la casa está rodeado de infinidad de zonas verdes y parques
- Por último, se dispone de una piscina bastante grande, cancha de fútbol y dos pistas de tenis muy cerca de la casa.
En conclusión, la casa parece que está nueva a estrenar, no le falta de nada y María Jesús te hace la estancia muy, muy agradable.

Una casa en la que sentirse bien, bien comunicada con Oviedo y Gijon. Buena piscina en la urbanización. Si buscas playa un poco alejado. Maria Jesús encantadora.
