Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: This property has a natural water supply via well.. Set on Parc Mawr Farm, Barn Cottage (UK40021) is adjacent to Dairy Cottage(UK40022). The rural location of the farm is ideal for those looking to get away from the hustle and bustle. Take in the views of the beautiful countryside or get out and explore some of it! You can walk from the farm through fields and public footpath to the village of Cwmdu. By car there is plenty more to see and do. You’ll find local cycle trails within a short drive – plus there’s bicycle storage at the cottage.
Llandeilo is a lovely town with boutique shops and eateries. Visit Dinefwr Castle or Newton House for some local history. For a more active day - Pembrey Country Park is a great family day out with activities like horse riding, tobogganing and even a dry ski slope!
The former dairy has been lovingly converted, the accommodation for two is spacious and cosy at the same time! The exposed stone throughout gives Dairy Cottage it’s charm, the large lounge-diner has comfortable seating, a log burner, Smart TV, and dining table for two, so set the fire and enjoy a cosy night in. There’s a good-sized double bedroom with plenty of storage space, a shower room, kitchen and utility room. Outside there’s a patio garden area with views over the fields.
