Spacious, modern and very well equipped house, located in the Grifeu area, 50m. from the beach and 2 km. from the center of Llançà. It is divided into three levels. The first floor has a very bright living-dining room with a terrace overlooking the sea, an independent kitchen with a cozy and quiet terrace, a cozy bedroom with a sofa bed and a toilet. The second floor is distributed in 3 bedrooms (two with a double bed, one with a single bed) and two bathrooms, one of them en suite. The ground floor has a large private garage with capacity for 2 cars and a storage area. Equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, TV, wifi, air conditioning in the lounge-dining area and in the master bedroom and heating. Its modern rooms, its complete equipment and its privileged location - far from the hustle and bustle of the center and very close to the sea - make it a unique and ideal house to enjoy a beautiful holiday on the Costa Brava.
