GOOD STAY!
Large comfortable apartment (90 m2 + large terrace), with new modern decoration, fully equipped and furnished, wifi and air conditioning.
The apartment is decorated with a sailor motif and its views are the best of the neighborhood.
It consists of three bedrooms, one type suite with double bed 1x1,50), television, closets and a bathroom inside the room with bath and bidet. Another room with three single beds (3x0.90) and another room with a convertible double bed (2x0.80) with a large dressing room.
A fully equipped open kitchen with hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, juicer, coffee maker and all the necessary utensils to cook in it.

Not as it looked in the pictures.

Eva, the owner was great, but the property was disappointing. Not very clean. Loose floor tiles, broken patio furniture, and everything was very dated. Only one room with a double bed for a couple. The other two rooms had twins. One room with twin bunk beds and one single twin so you could not combine for a bigger bed. The other room had a single twin. The view from the balcony was amazing.

Wonderful view and location

The view is just amazing ! The appartement is well equipped and comfortable. The beaches are beautiful, not too busy and only about 10 minutes walk from the appartement (via many steps, it took us a bit of time to find the best way to avoid the main road but then it is easy). Lovely authentic old town with old church, small museum and shops not far from the appartement and lively port with restaurants on the other side of town. Thanks Eva for a great week.

Tres jolie vue sur mer

Très propre. Très belle vue sur mer. Par contre un peu loin de tout si on veut faire une bonne partie de la Costa brava. Mais nous avons apprécié l'appartement et Eva est très précise dans ses explications et est à l'écoute...

L'appartement a une jolie vue à la carte postale sur Llançà et la mer. La propriétaire Eva est très sympa, nous a donné beaucoup d'informations et a été très réactive. Il ne manque qu'un barbecue... ;)

Très bonne semaine. L'appartement est bien équipé et bien situé. Seul petit bémol : un appareil se mettant régulièrement en route dans un appartement voisin, un peu dérangeant la nuit. Mais ce léger désagrément est vite oublié au petit déjeuner sur cette terrasse avec une vue à couper le souffle. On ne s'en lasse pas ! Eva répond rapidement à toutes nos interrogations. Appartement avec superbe vue et terrasse

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé et nous étions ravis par la terrasse qui en plus d’être très spatieuse compte avec une vue imprenable non seulement sur la mer mais aussi sur les montagnes environnantes. De plus celle-ci a une très bonne orientation étant donné qu’il y a à la fois du soleil et de l’ombre à toute heure de la journée. Eva la propriétaire est très aimable et toujours à l’écoute pour répondre à nos questions rapidement. L’endroit est calme et parfait pour se relaxer.
