Super Fener 93 - top-floor apartment with terrace

Located in a quiet area, 1500 metres from the beach and about 1800 metres from the shops and town. Two large terraces with beautiful panoramic views of the sea and the mountains.

The apartment is on one floor with two levels, separated by a few stairs. On the first level there is an open-plan space with lots of natural light from the large glass windows and doors, which give views of the sea and the terrace outside. In this area is the kitchen, fully equipped and separated from the rest of the room by a small breakfast bar with stools. Lounge-dining room with table and chairs and lounge-reading area with sofas, armchairs, books, lamps and TV. Access to the terrace outside.
You go up three steps to get to the upper level with the bedrooms and bathroom. Two double bedrooms with double beds, one with a private bathroom, toilet and sink, and the second bathroom outside the bedrooms with shower, toilet and sink.
Outside there is a long balcony with a table and chairs and fantastic views. A second terrace is situated on top of the apartment, very sunny and large, from where you have panoramic views overlooking Llançà and Port de la Selva.
