It is situated in Cap Ras, a very quiet residential area 700 m. away from a natural beauty spot with small beaches and inlets, and 3,5 km. from Llançà centre. The house has the following distribution: a double bedroom, a triple bedroom, living-dining room, kitchen, bathroom, guest toilet, terrace and garden. Amenities: oven,microwave, washing-machine and satellite TV. Outdoor parking space included. Natural environment, a few meters away from the main trekking paths of the area.
