Beautiful, relaxing stay with fantastic hosts

Amazing stay at Hafren by Wigwam Holidays. The last few miles of the drive were tricky, but the warm welcome made up for it. The host went above and beyond with lifts, Lemsips, and heating the hot tub both nights. Stunning views, total peace, and even neighbour Paula helped with arrival and directions. Truly unforgettable. Everything we needed was there and the place was clean and tidy for arrival. The views are stunning and make it so worth while

4/10 Poor

Stayed before was faultless this time was a let down so we didnt stay over night left around 8pm.

The location is amazing previous visit was amazing. The pod was not fully cleaned 2 dirty cups in the sink beer can in the dustbin kettle was dirty and the crockery. Pod was very cold not a welcoming environment no number left in the pod gor us to contact anyone. It may have been because it was out of season but for the price you expect a clean standard.
