The outer part of the property looks pretty runned down, but the rooms are okay. Host forgot to provide th check-in instruction before my arrival. Was stuck at the door for few minutes until I got to contact the host.

BEWARE €25 EURO CLEANING CHARGE!

My fault for not scrolling down and noticing the extra €25 and €6 local tax paid cash at the property, which nearly doubles the cost of the room. Owner is very helpful, no doubt because he has a hand in your pocket extracting Euros. The best feature is that it's 5 min. walk to the train station. Building seems to be an abandoned project in the artists quarter renovated to a bunch of rooms. A lockbox is accessed for the keys. Room is best described as funky bohemium, which may or may not suit your taste. Kitchen had spare supplies left over, a bonus if you plan to cook some meals. Best suited for a longer stay to spread out the cleaning charge. In fact the room was not the cleanest, by far, which makes the cleaning by the owner even amore ridiculous charge.

Super expérience. Jaka, le manager, est vraiment cool et disponible. Les chambres sont individuelles et toutes équipées, à la façon bobo avec des matériaux recyclés. Plutôt calme et à deux pas de la gare centrale. Il y a même un petit parking par derrière. Pas si facile à trouver par contre, il y a une maison abandonnée juste à côté et la villa n’a pas pignon sur rue. Il faut rentrer dans une espèce de cour et aller derrière la maison. Par contre, attendez-vous à une taxe pour le ménage, en plus de la taxe touriste... 25€
