Yes all was excellent.Wonderful Hotel living up to its name. Even the access problem-being in pedestrian area- is no problem by combination of Kavalier free electric carts for transport in that zone

We stayed here for a couple nights on our trip through Slovenia, Italy and Croatia. A little further from the water than I’d expected and on a really busy street but we were still able to get out. Our superior room had an excellent bed. We walked from the bus station that was less than 3/4 of a mile to the hotel.

Superbly modernised boutique hotel in a historic building in the old town of Ljubljana. Location is perfect for all bars, restaurants and places of interest. Staff are very warm and friendly, speak great English and are efficient and helpful. All areas are spotless. Breakfast buffet has a wide range of fresh and good quality food - pastries, cakes, breads, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, cold meat and cheeses, scrambled eggs, bacon, salad, teas, coffees and juices. Beds are comfortable and so is the temperature inside the building (many places in Slovenia were uncomfortably hot). Room contains a free safe. Shower is large and powerful. Mini bar fridge is the usual. The only minor issue is that there is limited hanging space for clothes. Highly recommended.

Our 10-night stay at Hotel Heritage was exceptional. The room was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious - a personal highlight. The hotel is centrally located in Ljubljana’s old town, making it an ideal base for exploring the city and taking trips further afield. Excellent location! We loved being in the pedestrian area surrounded by lots of great restaurants and shops. Although, the hotel does not have parking b/c of their location, there is public parking w/in a couple minutes walk. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to assist us! I highly recommend Hotel Heritage!
