Fantastic location

Fantastic location right off the main square. Plenty of bars/restaurants/shops on your doorstep. Very comfortable rooms, clean & modern The bathroom shower main hose/wall attachment was halfway down the wall so you couldn't stand under it, bit strange. Awkwatd when washing your hair. No kettle or voffee maker in room but communal kettle downstairs. Very basic continental breakfast which could be improved with adding some pastries. Service.was a let down for me. Struggled with my suitcase up the spiral staircase with no offer of help (2 people at reception) Questions were answered but felt the guest was not a main priority.

The location was great and the room was very clean. The other guests were noisy and talking loudly coming and going and doors bang easily.. However my main problem with this hotel is that you have to hold the shower head. I prefer to stand under a shower, so this was an issue for me. Great location and fine for a night or two..

Excellent location. Stayed twice as a family of 4 and had very different rooms each time. Both fine, but second room on the ground floor was MUCH larger which was great with teenage kids. Good value compared to other accommodation we found in Slovenia.

Great location and quiet in the evenings for sleep. The negative would be bed quality and bedding that was not comfortable and somewhat scratchy. While the hotel provides breakfast, the dinning area is warm and the selection was minimal and not very appealing.

Does exactly what it says on the advert really. Basic and not expensive, in the perfect location. I’d stay again due to the proximity to everything you want in the city. But rooms are very basic, small, and bathrooms aren’t great. Staff not particularly helpful or welcoming. But I suppose what can you expect for 3 star.

Decent for a one night stay. It’s close to the square and walking distance from all main attractions; location is the best thing about it. Unfortunately we were not advised before hand that parking needs to be reserved for a reduced fee. We had to park in the underground nearby for a larger fee. The room had a safe but was missing a battery; when we received a new battery, the safe still didn’t work. The bathroom is tiny. Overall, good for a quick stop but would t recommend for multiple nights due to lack of comfort. Service was okay.

Ideal location in the old town. Very clean. Reception staff very helpful - let us borrow a charger when our luggage was lost in transit by klm. Breakfast great value. Only issue was that the air conditioning was not very powerful meaning the room was hot.

Firstly, theres one big benefit of this hotel, which is its great location in the centre of Ljubljana and you’re within walking distance for everything. That said, the hotel disappoints in all other areas. The rooms are extremely small, frayed at the edges and the walls are very thin so you can hear when people walk by or close doors. The beds are very uncomfortable (you only get own really flat pillow so prepare for a sore neck), the shower temperature fluctuates and the A/C unit was extremely noisy. Despite the convenient location, I can’t recommend for anyone to stay here.

This was a great location and I liked that they had sodas and water for sale in the lobby. My daughter enjoyed her massage as well. Loved the A/C. The shower head kept coming off and water would go all over the bathroom floor. Would help if there was a door with the shower. Bed was super comfortable. No kettle in the room and breakfast would have been nice if a little more was offered.
