I was with a group of students and it was very convenient to walk to the old town - in about 10 minutes you were there. Great location and great service; definitely recommend this hotel.

At first glance, this place checks all the boxes of a hotel - it looks like one, smells like one, and operates like one - but the hospitality was seriously lacking. The staff showed little effort or enthusiasm in making guests feel welcome. When we requested a refrigerator, we were flatly told that only "superior" rooms had them and there was nothing they could do. The only alternative was an ice machine in the lobby, with small drink cups as the only option for transport—hardly convenient. The real disappointment came when we asked for a to-go breakfast for an early flight. Apparently, orders had to be placed by noon - something that was never communicated. The staff showed zero flexibility, wouldn’t even leave a note for the morning team, and offered no alternative. Not even an apple for the road. While the hotel displays cheerful quotes about smiling and service, our experience was anything but. Dirty glasses weren’t replaced when our room was refreshed, and the paper-thin walls meant we heard every noise from our neighbors. The location is convenient, and it provides a place to sleep, but the lack of effort from the staff left us disappointed.

This hotel was fantastic! Very clean and easy to navigate to and from the city on foot. The main bus station is only a 10 min walk away as well, making it an ideal location to get to neighbouring cities. The breakfast was pretty basic, but good. To my surprise, the room had a mini fridge which was a nice bonus. No safe in the room though. Hotel staff was very kind, especially Naža, who went above and beyond in helping with any issues I encountered. I’ll definitely be back!

Very central. Close to bus/ train station and all central sights i.e. dragon bridge, river trips, castle and funicular. Well organised hotel. Main gripe the bar vloses at 7pm and no food available after this time either, but intro book in rooms srates that both were open till 10pm

Great buffet breakfast Friendly staff Short walk to the centre and main attractions We liked that the hotel is a “member of Bee Path in Ljubljana” and that they ‘keep Bees’. The shower holder was broken which despite being reported on check-in, did not get fixed during our stay. The beside light was missing a bulb/lamp, meaning the connectors were potentially ‘Live’, despite being reported on check-in, did not get fixed during our stay The Triple Room is too small for 3 people to be comfortable. The towels were like small white sheets of sandpaper! We discovered the lovely roof terrace with great views over the city which we hadn’t been told about at check-in!
