Villa Mediterraneo, new luxury villa, completed in 2021, categorized with 5 *. The clear vision of the owner and the experience of traveling around the world led to the realization of the property. Some architectural solutions are inspired by the Grande Arche building from the La Defense (FR) district. The villa consists of 4 spacious en suite bedrooms, open space living room with kitchen and dining area. The house abounds in glass surfaces, thus creating an atmosphere of authenticity of the place. In the design of the rooms, examples of world architecture with open bathrooms were taken. The beds are king size and each bed has a view of the surroundings. Three rooms are located on the first floor and the fourth room on the ground floor. For a complete atmosphere of luxury and spaciousness, the ceiling height is above 3 meters. The fully fenced yard and the position of the pool allow for intimacy.
