Outdoor shower, terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine, tumble dryer. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 400 m, pebble beach 1.5 km, rocky beach 1.5 km, diving center 1.5 km.
