Firstly, the hotel is currently filled with construction debris and trash, which has created an uncomfortable environment. Additionally, there is a very strong odor of marijuana permeating the entire third floor, making it difficult to relax or enjoy my stay. Furthermore, I have noticed that the pool is in poor condition, as it is filled with algae, raising concerns about cleanliness and safety. Lastly, I have found that there is no available seating for breakfast, making it challenging for guests to enjoy the meal in a comfortable manner.

This hotel had renovations going on at this time the website said breakfast, but they really didn’t have breakfast due to the renovations. They gave out fruit and toast coffee the tiles were towels that you bathe with were raggedy tore up spots on them. Tub and shower curtain is dirty.

Once we had arrived I was informed by front desk gentleman that he could not find my Expedia reservation - I then contacted Expedia to find out that they hotel had overbooked - so we were put in a different room - a queen rather than king - ok no big deal - we continue on with reservation - then after he is giving me my room key - i ask what time does the pool close - he then informs me that the pool is closed for the day we can use it tomorrow - we were only staying one day - no breakfast like advertised - no access to pool like advertised - construction everywhere - staff is very rude - avoid this hotel - terrible experience.

Extraordinary High Pet Fee and Deposit Needed!

Front desk employee was extremely nice and helpful! If I had known the hotel was under total renovation we would have chosen a different hotel. The $200.00 pet deposit was a shocking amount. We travel often and usually only have to pay a pet fee up to $50.00 Never a deposit and a pet fee.

Although the property is under renovation, none of it tainted my overall experience. Everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping staff were happy, energetic, and they really enhanced everything about my stay. Also, the price of my stay was reasonable.

The lady at the front desk is extremely Rude! I could see the hotel is empty, it may be time to audit your staff. If that is the kind of establishment you’re running with the first impression a person gets is impatience, rudeness, and a lack of not only common courtesy but just plain old customer service, it’s a miracle this hotel is still in business.

It was an absolute mess, no continual breakfast of any kind, was supposed to have it. Had to transfer room due to extreme cigarette smoke in our first room, so strong it was unbearable. Staff was as polite as possible, but it was definitely not a great stay! Jackhammer in early am on same floor, loud and so crowded with crates of new stuff blocking entrance, sitting area, even the elevator was not in decent condition, this should be listed before someone pays for a nights rest.

Could not sit on the couch or the chairs in the room the only good thing in the room was the bed and the TV. The couch and chairs had stains on them in it and then in the bathroom they had part of the ceiling that was patched while not even patched. It was open. The room should not have been rented out at all.

Worst hotel ever!! Pervs everywhere!

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Even the ghetto ones in Houston surpassed it. ‘Best’? Best at being the worst more like. We had to wait 1 and a half hours for them to check us in to the room, there was no breakfast other then some cereal bars and toast, they didn’t even refill the coffee in the morning. But that’s not all. The room we got was in total disarray. The tv wouldn’t work, the air conditioning stopped working not even an hour after we first came in, there was a used condom in the bathroom trash can so obviously the housekeeping was not doing their job especially because we ran out of towels, toilet paper and more and they never came to fix it. The pool was locked with a pad lock, we had to have an employee come unlock it, and then the guy working there, I didn’t catch a name but he was Indian, he had been watching my girlfriend the whole time we were all the pool, he wouldn’t stop staring, and then when me and her had our guy roommate come over he had stopped him and told him he was not allowed to come ever again because we only had the room booked for 2 people. But everyone else had 10 people in their rooms booked for one, it’s obvious he didn’t want us two girls with an guy in the room because he was jealous and wanted to see us girls in our swimsuits. Not even to mention them waking us up with the construction upstairs.
