It’s the ideal starting point for hiking, mountain biking, skiing, and snowshoeing. The ski lifts can be reached within a few minutes from the center of Arabba.
Renovated in 2025, the house welcomes guests in functional and well-kept apartments featuring wooden floors, separable beds, modern bathrooms with walk-in showers, and underfloor heating throughout. After an active day, each unit offers a private bio-sauna — perfect for relaxing and recharging.
Guests also have access to a shared wellness area with a Finnish sauna, bio-sauna, and sensory shower, as well as a laundry room with coin-operated washing machine and dryer, a heated ski storage room, and a bike room.
An ideal retreat for groups seeking comfort, functionality, and a direct connection with the Dolomite nature.
