Second time staying here, two adults, two teenagers. Beds and bedding are nice and comfortable, nice large bathroom. Quiet sleep. Friendly polite staff. Room service every day, plenty of towels. Literally a few minute walk to Liverpool One. Will stay again.

This hotel was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided a list of restaurants in the area where you get a discount. We took their advice and went to the Italian restaurant one of the best meals I’ve ever had. Highly recommend for location for pubs and restaurants yet nice and quiet for sleeping. Also within easy walking distance to the docks.

The property is very unique and I like the equipped kitchens. However despite asking for a quiet room, the noise from outside was really loud. 3am before we dropped off. I get it it is on a street with bars/clubs so I would recommend it for couples/groups rather than families. However if not traveling with my daughter I'd stay again. Room was nice, clean, some wear and tear but nothing drastic.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This hotel is in an excellent location, directly across from Liverpool ONE and within walking distance of a wide variety of restaurants, shops, and attractions. The waterfront, library, and museums are all easily accessible on foot, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the rooms, while simple, had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything was clean and well-maintained, making it great value for money. Just a tip for future guests — bring your own cutlery if you plan on eating in the room.
