Absolutely perfect from start to finish! Comfy bed, tv allowed casting from my phone so I can carry on watching my shows. Reception let me check in early as the storm was hitting and then when I checked out kept a hold of my suitcase and gave me an umbrella to keep me dry until I collected the suitcase! Absolutely staying here again!

Friendly staff. Room small but perfect for one. Loved access to a fridge. Hotel in VERY lively area. I was worried I might not be able to sleep. But all was fine and the noise in my room died down after 1130 (on a Saturday night). I’d stay again.

Always a good choice. Friendly and helpful staff - .they very kindly made us hot drinks while we were waiting for our rooms. Love the evening drinks and snacks. Great they allocated us adjoining rooms, made our celebrations more fun. Bit miffed that price was higher than the previous and following day ( football match on ) and that member rates weren't applied. Love the Molton Brown products but it's really difficult to read what is in each container. A great stay with a few niggles.

Our room was large, quiet, and dark! It was perfect. Very clean, spacious bathroom, well appointed. Staff were excellent! We did not use any dining services so can’t speak to that but the location is a nice and easy 5-7 minute walk to the train station and loads of shopping.
