The check in ins annoying. The guest has to check in at a terminal while an employee helps you. How about the employee just checks us in Our fridge didnt work. We were told it would be fixed but it never was. There wasn't a window in our room..overall it was mediocre at best. I don't recommend it aside from the location

We will definitely stay again. A beautiful hotel with everything we needed (very grateful for the air con and fridge) and they even let us check in early at no extra cost rather than use the luggage check. RED is right by Liverpool Lime Street Station and the Empire theatre so our trip to see Hamilton was unbelievably convenient too! Very accomodating, friendly staff in a historic location.
