Good Evening I stayed at your hotel on sat 6th Dec., I checked in and the receptionist told me my room had been upgraded , It's smelt damp and musky outside the room , when we opened the door it was worse, We got in the room and the wall paper looked liked it had been patched up , along with stains on the walls.There was an empty beer bottle in one of the cupboard the carpet was thread bare in places .When I went in the bathroom all the bathroom

Room was cold. The air con heater didn’t work. For the 2nd night we were given a portable heater. Prosecco was cheaper to buy by the glass than the bottle. Confusing. Breakfast was decent.

Lovely hotel & staff. Room was very cold even with heat on. Maybe needing windows renovated? Lovely grounds & quiet given its location close to a busy road. Excellent breakfast with room service bang on time!

Everything nice and clean and adequate towels etc. unfortunately the room was a little cool and despite fiddling with the aircon control I was unable to improve the temperature. Tea and coffee fine but maybe a cple of little complimentary biscuits would be nice. Staff all lovely and super helpful

Breakfast expensive, so didnt use it, made additional service charge for bar food order, so wont do that again. Room was comfortable enough but fixtires & decor very tired, needs a tevamp eslecially in the bathroom. Staff good, entrance etc. Ok but the quality is only on the surface, rooms ive stayed in here recently need deep referb.
