Beautiful period property offering comfortable accommodation set in a beautiful garden with covered verandah and festoon lit side patio, child friendly lawn and year round heated swimming pool...
Sleeping up to 15 and with 3 bathrooms, multiple reception rooms and practical country dining kitchen.
To the ground floor you will find a large living room with smart tv and open fireplace, childrens playroom (with sofa bed) and additional elegant third reception room with french doors onto the garden (with sofabed). There is also a lovely country kitchen diner and utility room and stylish ground floor bathroom.
To the first floor there are 5 double bedrooms, one of which has an emperor plus size bed and ensuite bathroom. There is also a third family bathroom with freestanding statement bath.
Just a few hundred yards from Roby Train Station taking you just a few minutes into Liverpool Centre so a great base for some Christmas Shopping shopping and exploring the Christmas Markets.
