the room was filthy dirty. never was vacuumed (age old dirt and decay in carpeting) and had growth and mold all over the shower. Coffee in room had an old moldy pod in it. When I complained to front desk they apologized profusely and housekeeping just came and make the bed - and LEFT the dirty moldy coffee pod!!! Bathroom had peeling tiles and tub with stains so bad that I wore flip flops in the shower. This was worst cleanliness I have ever seen. A portapotty would have been more sanitary!!

Nice clean simple room. Hotel is a bit dated and has a very musty smell. Only coffee and tea available at the lobby, no food options. Hotel is located very close to BART and lots of fast food spots.

Overall impressed with the upgrade of the property and the upkeep of it. The staff and service personnel are very polite and all appear to be empowered to take care of the property. The only shortfall is the bathroom- the towels are lightwieght and the showerheads could use a refresher.

We had a small family reunion and the hotel was perfect for everyone. Kayla is so nice and efficient. The rooms were very clean and the grounds are well kept and beautiful. Close to everything yet peaceful.
