I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff truly made the stay memorable – everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly from check-in to checkout. They went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and answered all our questions with genuine warmth. Our room was impressively spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and spread out. The bathroom was clearly recently remodeled and looked fantastic – modern fixtures, clean finishes, and everything worked perfectly. It's always nice to see a hotel investing in updates like this. My only minor concern was the breakfast selection. While the quality of what was offered was good, I would have appreciated a bit more variety in the products available. A few more options would have made the mornings even better. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again. The positives far outweigh the small breakfast critique!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Had an issue upon arrival and they took care of us immediately. The manager and his staff are amazing and on top of things. The rooms were very clean and updated and modern (were stayed in 2 different rooms). Breakfast was great as well. Thank you for making this trip great.

During our 2 day stay house keeping knocked on our door at 7am even though we had our DND tag up. One of the nights we were woken up at 4:30 am from constant construction truck noises. Our last night my room key deactivated so we went into the office and nobody was there. We had to call the hotel and wait for someone to finally come in and help us. There was no sign that they were gone or anything…

Reviews I believe have to be mostly fake posts.

The reviews for most part were very good. Is why I decided on thi place. Quickly leared why not fan of low budget hotels. The walls are paper thin. The staff was not too friendly and the most annoying part was $100 deposit carge I was unknowingly charged for. That ended up being the same price as the room. Could not figure out why it was required when everthing in the room was not worth $100 in value. Was not like there was a bar or restaurant to run a room tab to. The spa been drained for years. Very few channels. The door was difficult to open. The room sightly smelled like mold and cigarettes. Infestation of ants in bathroom. I was granted a late check out till noon. But received several phone calls from front desk new crew and maid dervices several times before 11:30. No soap in bathroom. Now I get to wait all week to get my deposit back, for a room that really shouldn't require one. My recommendation honestly is to pay the extra $29 to $59 dollars to step up to 3 star room at a major chain hotel instead. The little bit extra it cost is well worth dealing with all the above I mention ib post. Morale of the story is you really get alot more for your money for paying a little bit more

Pass on this place-Inconsiderate and Unethical

If you use a wheelchair, book somewhere else. There were nonplacard vehicles in the two handicap parking spots; which only one is ramp accessible. I told the front desk manager that I needed to unload a wheelchair. She told me to unload my minor son and wheelchair in the parking lot before I park. He's a person, not luggage. I figured out later management was parked in the handicap spots. One vehicle even had a custom plate-bold. Inconsiderate and unethical-what a great combo.
