Horrible billing system. I ended up with pending charges for the full amount of the room, plus the actual charges for the full amount of the room on my credit card, for 4 rooms total, with stays of 4 - 8 nights. I have never experienced this type of billing and I stay in hotels at least 150 nights per year. At the next hotel, I asked about the process, and was assured that the hotel did not charge this way. They also noted that they had never heard of this type of situation either. Although I would stay again with my next visit just based on the hotel, but with this crazy billing, I will choose another.

Not safe for work trucks!

While I was there, for the second year in a row, multiple work trucks were broken into and their tools were taken, this happened on Tuesday and Wednesday night. 2 nights back to back and also last year when I stayed. Even though they were not my trucks, I feel that Holoday in and the state of California should be doing something to protect the contractors doing work in the area.

After checking in Less than 1 hour we got an Emergency phone call from our kid that he was locked out of the house and so we had gone down to the check in desk and explained our situation and asked for a refund for our stay…Was told since it was “Passed check in time” That we would still be CHARGED full rate. Very friendly staff member who checked us in & signed us up for their rewards program quickly & efficiently. Our room was clean, quiet & comfy. Unfortunately, we had to check out early to catch our flight so we missed the complimentary breakfast, but we will definitely return again to this hotel!

Great Stay

Had a wonderful stay here, it was just my mom and I after dropping my son off at camp. I would totally stay here again. Although, I would suggest not doing away with all the bathtub showers. I had my elderly mom with me and it would have been nice for her to take a bath.
