Yes. We asked for extra pillows and for a chair for the shower in our ADA room. Then when our car wouldn't start, they helped us with cables. We are telling everyone that the staff is AMAZING!!! Thank you. We'll be back.

Excellent service

The front desk person, CJ, went above and beyond to make us comfortable as family congregated in dining area. Miss Rita, breakfast cook and hospitality, was so warm and welcoming that we felt like old friends. Every single staff member I met was so friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again

We had a lovely day at the residence Inn in Little Rock. It’s in a safe quiet neighborhood. The staff were friendly and helpful. We especially give high marks to Rita in the kitchen who prepared a wonderful breakfast, including gluten-free options.

The property itself is very nice, room was comfortable, clean and updated. Breakfast was okay but not as warm as it should be. The biggest problem is the noise from the multiple trains in the area. Rumbling of the rails and whistle blowing about every 2 hours all night. Okay place to stay if you have a family member at the medical center, but we had a hard time sleeping.

We stayed here just for a night on our way to Indiana from Texas. We have stayed in the same brand hotel in other state, and it was nicer. This is seems old, too old, but good enough. The first thing is the location. It is pretty closer to the main interstate road, but there is nothing to go, even a decent place to eat nearby. The room walls are thin so we could hear people talking in the halls and outside. Parking is free and available easily but the main issue is security. On entering our room, we noticed a note from the hotel management warning us to watch out for our vehicle. That was news to me. Never met anything like this before in my entire life. Not sure, maybe it is getting more common nowadays. The check in was not flawless and fast. We had a gentleman in training servicing us, but we understand. The person is learning. The manager was able to help him and us. Both were very polite. Breakfast is included but no restaurant inside or nearby, as Ie ruined. So, we ordered Daahdoor. It was ok. It is a good place to stay when on the road, but price could be cheaper considering what is offered.

The key cards didn’t work. No extra bedding for the fold out. No utensils or coffee cups. Phone didn’t work. WiFi was spotty. Blankets weren’t comfortable. Staff was fantastic but the room was poor.
