Have stayed here multiple times. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. The views are incredible. The rooms are very clean and pet friendly. The last couple of times, we have experienced problems with ants. This last time was very bad. The location needs better pest control.
When I arrived, there was a sign on the office door, that they are very sorry, but they don't have power.
In this age you would think that the hotel would send you a text or email to let you know you need to find alternative login. Thankfully I arrived early enough (5.10pm) and find another hotel that still had vacancy, but what if I got there later or if this happened in high season and no vacancies around?
