The hotel had wonderful old-world charm, the staff was great! The room could have been better. I understand a lot of Europeans don't use AC but at least have a fan in the room, or at least screens on the windows so you can leave them open at night. All hotels should have blackout shades in the 21st ...

Nice a beautiful facility with very friendly staff. Rooms are great. Only very minute small issues - Note: for people not well mobile, the rooms in the "slottet" have steep stairs.
